About the Program
Vidant Medical Center offers a 12-month Administrative Fellowship Program that provides post-graduate candidates the opportunity to gain training and management experience in a large and diverse health care system. Our Administrative Fellowship Program is a leadership development experience designed to attract and retain emerging talent in the field of health care administration. Throughout the fellowship experience, fellows will:
- Lead and participate in projects that will ultimately contribute value to the organization’s strategic initiatives and operational themes
- Gain exposure to key service lines, departments and core functions of the organization
- Gain extensive exposure to the hospital and health system’s executive leadership team and decision making processes

- A statement of interest page explaining your qualifications and objectives for the residency and how the experience will advance your career. Statement of interest should be a maximum of two pages.
- A current resume
- A letter of recommendation from your program director or professor and at least one professional recommendation. Letters must be signed.
- Official copies of undergraduate transcripts and the most recent graduate school transcripts. Only official copies will be reviewed.
