Full-time Management Position | Eastern NC
A healthcare services company, Nurse Care of North Carolina, is looking to expand eastward and is seeking an ECU graduate for this full-time opportunity.
Requirements:
- 3-15 years of management experience. Experience leading teams that are geographically dispersed and include variable hour employees would be a plus.
- Huge ambition + Desire to serve others + Accountability + Humility. We focus tremendous energy on being a great employer to our caregivers. That starts with leadership that gets it. Our two most recent GM hires are a former Marine Corps Captain and a Social Worker w/ administrative leadership experience.
- Healthcare experience is nice but not required. Other attractive backgrounds could include industry experience in hospitality and retail, or functional leadership in sales, operations, or customer service.
- Candidate must be good at, or willing to learn how to be good at, change management.
Compensation:
Competitive salary + performance bonus potential, depending on experience and other factors.
