End of Semester Surveys
You should have all received emails from Kyle Chapman regarding Fall 2016 course evaluations.
Please take this opportunity to evaluate your instructors and your courses. You can complete your course evaluations on your laptop, tablet, or mobile device. Each evaluation may take only 5 minutes.
Your survey responses will be processed confidentially. Your name and ID do not appear in the report of the results. Your instructor will not see the survey results until two weeks after the term closes (after your final exam and after grades are posted). Please do not include your name or identifying information in your comments, since they will be given to your instructor verbatim.
