Summer COB Grad Assistant Applications Due March 15

College of Business Graduate Assistant applications are now being accepted for the Summer 2017 semester. The deadline to apply is March 15, 2017. Appointments will be made by late March.

Note that Fall GA applications will not be open until April 1.

Employment Dates:

Summer 1: May 15 – June 20

Summer 2: June 22 – Jul 28

Current GAs/TAs/RAs

To be eligible to continue as a COB GA:

– must be continuing in your graduate program for the Fall 2017 semester.

– must be enrolled in at least one on-campus class for Fall 2017. You do not have to take classes over the summer as long as you are registered for Fall 2017.

– Three (3) semester hours constitutes full time enrollment during either summer session, online or on-campus. The maximum number of hours a graduate student can enroll during either session (without special permission) is six (6).

New GAs/TAs/RAs

To be eligible for a College of Business assistantship:

– must be beginning OR continuing your graduate program for the Summer or Fall 2017 semester.

– if newly admitted for a Summer term, you must be registered for the admitted term. If newly admitted for Fall 2017, you may work over the Summer, but must be registered for Fall.

– must complete the GA Interests form (will be emailed to all applicants once eligibility is confirmed)

Mandatory Meeting | May 15| 10:00am | Bate 1400

There is a mandatory graduate assistant meeting on May 15th at 10:00am in Bate 1400. All new and continuing College of Business graduate assistants MUST attend. Please mark your calendars now.
