The owner of an investment company here in Greenville, NC, is in need of a new bookeeper and would like to provide the opportunity to an ECU graduate student!
The position is part-time and pay is negotiable.

I am looking for someone who is a motivated self-starter with great attention to detail. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent accounting graduate or an individual with a few solid years of experience looking to take their career to the next level.
Essential Functions:
- Quickbooks entry – monthly, quarterly, annually
- Bank reconciliations
- Quickbooks trouble shooting
- Payroll/payroll tax deposits
- Sales tax filings
- Quarterly payroll forms: 940, 941, TWC, W-2, W3, 1099, 1096
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Local/State/Federal Reporting
- Collections
- General Ledger
- Prepare & review financial statements for operational analysis by company officers
- Maintain chart of accounts
- Comply with all government reporting requirements
