HR@ECU: GA position

The Employee Relations and Learning & Organizational Development Unit in Human Resources is seeking a Graduate Assistant for Fall 2017 to assist with:

  • Design and delivery of specialized programs (including; New Employee Orientation, HR Certification programs, and other projects)
  • Assist unit in detailed use of Human Resources Practices (including; I9 Verification, New Hire paperwork, and Transcript Verifications forms)
  • Assist Employee Relations with special projects (including; Climate Surveys via Qualtrics)

Applicants should have strong communication skills including public speaking. Skills in advanced online learning tools and business document creation are preferred. They should also be able to work comfortably with both faculty and staff.

 

This is a 20-hour assistantship with potential for renewal for Spring and Summer 2018.
