Friday is Last Day to Drop a Summer 2 Class

Friday, July 14 @ 5pm is the deadline to drop a class for the Summer 2 semester.  If you enrolled in more than one class for Summer 2, you must drop all your classes for Summer 2; this is called a term withdraw. Your Fall schedule will remain unchanged and you will not need to reapply for admission if you request a term withdraw for Summer 2.

Note that faculty will be asked if you are passing or failing the course. If you are passing, a W will be recorded on your transcript, which does not impact your GPA. If you are failing the course, a WF will be recorded and will be factored in as an F in your GPA.

Prior to dropping a course, students are encouraged to contact their faculty member and advisor.

In order to drop a class, you must send an email to regis@ecu.edu before the deadline. Include your full name, Banner ID, CRN and name of the course you are dropping.
