Job Description
The Associate Director of Recruiting and Advancement for JP2 Catholic High School is a new position developed to maximize effort in increasing total enrollment of the School with mission appropriate students. This position will be responsible for all marketing efforts, including social media and emerging communication channels. In addition, the Associate Director of Recruiting and Advancement will foster community relationships for fund raising and advancement. The Associate Director of Recruiting and Advancement will be directly responsible for facilitating enrollment by forging relationships with students, families and key community influencers. Successful candidates will be able to develop and maintain ongoing relationships with students from the St. Peter’s parish and other area schools. Additionally, the Associate Director of Recruiting and Advancement will serve as the primary point of contact for inquiring and prospective families as well as the primary interface between local professionals responsible for relocating families to the area.
In conjunction with the administrative and development staff, the Associate Director of Recruiting and Advancement leads, manages and evaluates the student enrollment process – from inquiry through admissions to assimilation into the school’s culture. Along with process management, the position provides oversight, in keeping with the school’s mission, to draw, enroll and retain mission-appropriate students and supporters. This individual will quickly develop or possess a thorough understanding of the Catholic philosophy of education in order to clearly articulate the values, philosophy and character building aspects of faith-based education.
