COB GA Offer Timelines

COB GA assignments will begin being made on the priority deadline – Nov. 16. There is a very quick turn-around time to accept contracts, which is Nov. 20. Applicants who have not accepted their GA contract by Nov. 20 at 11:55pm will have their offer withdrawn and another GA will be assigned to the position. Offers made on the secondary deadline will have an acceptance deadline of Nov. 27 at 11:55pm.

Priority deadline: Thursday, Nov. 16 @ 8am
Secondary deadline: Tuesday, Nov. 21 @ 8am
