GA Position | ECU HR Learning & Organizational Development

HR Learning & Organizational Development is seeking a Graduate Assistant for Fall 2018. Duties would include assisting with:

  • design, delivery, and preparation of specialized programs (including; New Employee Orientation, HR Certification programs, and other projects).
  • reviewing and processing Human Resources forms and documents (including; I9 verification, new employee paperwork, and transcript verification forms).
  • providing frontline learning management system customer support (Cornerstone LMS).

Applicants should have strong communication/public speaking skills. Skills in online learning tools and business document creation are preferred. Applicants should also be able to effectively work with a diverse clientele including faculty, staff, and students.

This is a 15-hour per week assistantship with the potential for renewal for Spring and Summer 2019.
