Mindfulness and Meditation Workshops
Open your mind.
Manage your stress.
A program on mindfulness and meditation is being offered to students. This workshop is supported by the PASS Clinic in the Psychology Department and the Center for Counseling and Student Development. It is being offered two times during the spring semester on ECU’s east campus.
The program, consisting of four 75-minute classes, is designed to help students learn mindfulness through the practice of specific skills that calm and focus the mind; and through the practice of meditation. It is designed to help students who are feeling pressured and stressed, or who are just interested in learning a new skill that can enrich their lives.
