Attending this meeting will provide you an introductory knowledge and understanding of team psychological safety and its importance in developing high performance teams. Google’s Project Aristotle says that team psychological safety is by far the most important attribute of high performance teams.

Session attendees will assess a team of their choice with an assessment instrument and learn how to score and interpret the instrument’s results. Small group discussions and large group discussions will explore how to create and foster team psychological safety.
