Self-compassion Program this Summer

Are you a female ECU student, faculty or staff member?

Do you struggle with body image or self-concept issues due to being overweight?

A self-compassion program is available (as part of a research study) this semester to help with these issues.

This 3-week program (90-minute session/week) meets on main and health sciences campuses.
