Fall 2019 Refund Schedule
REFUND SCHEDULE for SPRING SEMESTER 2019
August 19 – August 23, 2019 ………………100%
August 24 – August 30, 2019……………….75%
August 31 – September 9, 2019……………50%
September 10 – September 16, 2019……..25%
Beginning September 17, 2019: NO refunds will be considered after the designated limited refund period(s).
To officially withdraw, a student must give written notice to the Office of the Registrar from their ECU student email address. Students are encouraged to copy in their advisor.
It is to the financial advantage of all students withdrawing, or dropping classes to do so as early in the semester as possible.
If a student wishes to appeal, the process must be initiated in writing to the Tuition Refund Appeals Committee tuitionappleals@ecu.edu
