ECU Sport Industry Summer Trip to UK and Germany
This is ideal for graduate students interested in sport or working towards the certificate in Sport Management.
We currently have 5 spots remaining in a short-term Sport Industry Study Abroad opportunity in the UK and Germany. Given the price includes 6 credit hours, this opportunity is often financially advantageous and viable for most students who could apply the credits towards their degrees. The ECU Sport Industry Summer Abroad trip for 2020 is headed to London and Munich! The full program itinerary and website can be found at https://piratesabroad.ecu.edu/?go=Warner . Five spots are currently available for ECU or visiting non-ECU students. This is ideal for graduate students interested in sport or working towards the certificate in Sport Management.
Travel Dates: June 11-22, 2020 (10 nights) ; online coursework start May 18
Cost: $4,185.00 (includes: abroad application fee, tuition for 6 credits (in or out-of-state!), academic & tourism site visits, ground transportation, a one-way flight from London to Munich, international medical insurance, all lodging, and 11 meals) !
Courses: KINE 4301 (writing intensive; Comparative Sport and Physical Education: International Aspects) & KINE 4003 (Special Topics: European Sport Organization and Culture); Graduate level: KINE 6500 and 6803
