Graduate Assistant Position
The Office of Student Development is committed to the success and graduation of our student-athletes by providing academic support services to promote high levels of academic achievement, leadership, and personal growth.
We are seeking a graduate assistant for the remainder of the Spring 2020 semester and for possible continuation into first summer session.
The position is for 15-20 hours per week during the hours of 8:00–5:00 PM Monday–Friday. The specific hours will be determined based on the selected individual’s availability. The Office of Student Development is located on the Athletic Complex.
Position description:
This position assists the Director in the management of the Student Development Program. The primary duties will include compiling data and managing academic support records and reports for student-athletes. Other responsibilities will include providing assistance with various projects and programs related to academic support and recognition services.
Minimum qualifications:
- Must be enrolled in an ECU graduate degree seeking program for the Spring 2020 semester.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
- Experience with MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Desire to be part of a team that focuses on academic growth for the students served.
