Incompletes from Spring 2019 & Summer 2019

When COVID-19 forced us to drastically alter Spring 2020 (and beyond!), the decision was made to allow extensions of incompletes that were scheduled to turn into F grades during Spring & Summers 2020. Incompletes for courses in Spring 2019 and Summer 2019 did not convert to F grades one year after the term as the policy states. These terms were allowed extensions until the end of Fall 2020. Therefore, we will have courses from Spring 2019, Summer 2019, and Fall 2019 all convert from incomplete to F grades at the end of Fall 2020. The Registrar has already converted grades to F. If you have a student who was expecting to finish by December 7th (a date we published) and their grade turned into an F grade, please let me know and we will convert it back to an incomplete so the faculty member can insert the grade. The Dec 7 was a miscommunication, but we are honoring it. Thus, all incompletes from courses in 2019 must be completed by Dec 7, 2020.
