Registration Limitations for MGMT6420, MIS6723, and MKTG6792
With summer and fall registration just over a month away (March 26), we wanted to make sure you were aware of some recent changes in registration options for the following certificate classes:
MGMT6420 – Leadership in Organizations
MIS6723 – Project Management
MKTG6792 – Social Media Marketing
These classes are considered gateway classes for students pursuing the related certificates. They proved to be a very popular ones this Spring, resulting in rather significant waitlists of interested students who unfortunately weren’t able to register for the classes.
In order to allow students in these certificates sufficient time to register for the courses, only students pursuing the related certificates will be able to register for these 3 listed classes for the first week that registration is open. After this initial week, the stipulation will be removed.
If you would like to add one of the certificate to your degree, you can do so by completing this form. There is no charge to do so. Once approved, you will receive an email notification and the certificate will be listed in DegreeWorks. Please contact your advisor with any questions or concerns.
