Information for Students on Probation
If you are currently on academic probation, you have a “hold” that prevents you from registering for Spring 2022 courses.
Professors are required to submit final grades for Fall 2021 classes to the Registrar by Friday, December 17th at 4:30PM. Over the following weekend, the Registrar will update every student’s GPA.
On Monday, December 20th the COB Graduate Programs staff will review the status of each student who is on probation. We will send out status updates to each student. When we finish the review, we will send a list of updates to the Graduate School.
The Graduate School will then begin the process of removing holds. Once your hold has been lifted, you will be able to register for Spring courses. Please reach out to your academic advisor if you have any questions.
