Fall 2022 Tuition Payment Plans
ECU offers Tuition Payment Plans through the university’s TouchNet Bill+Payment system.
Students and authorized users can enroll in an interest free installment plan for the Fall 2022 term to spread the cost of tuition and fees over a number of payments during the term. Other costs such as on-campus housing, meal plans, extra course fees, and the student health insurance plan can be included in a payment plan.

STUDENT PAYMENT PLAN ENROLLMENT
1) Log in to PiratePort
2) Click the “Tuition Statements, 1098-T Statements, and Payments” box
3) Select the “Payment Plans” tab
4) Select “Enroll Now”
5) Choose the correct term and click “Select”
6) Click continue and follow the prompts to complete the payment plan enrollment
IMPORTANT: Plan enrollment is not complete until you have clicked the final “I Agree” box and have submitted the payment plan enrollment agreement. A payment plan enrollment confirmation email is also sent once enrollment has been completed successfully.
PARENT/AUTHORIZED USER PAYMENT PLAN ENROLLMENT
1) Log in to Student Accounts Payment Center using your email address and password. (NOTE: Your student must set you up as an authorized user before you will be able to access this site)
2) Select the “Payment Plans” tab
3) Select “Enroll Now”
4) Choose the correct term and click “Select”
5) Click continue and follow the prompts to complete the payment plan enrollment

SETTING UP AN AUTHORIZED USER IN TOUCHNET
Students can grant access to authorized users to enroll in payment plans, make payments, and view billing and tax statements on their student account.
To grant authorized users access to view the 1098-T tuition statement, students should follow these steps:
1) Login to your Pirate Port account at: PiratePort
2) Click on the “Tools” tab and select the “Tuition Statements, 1098-T Statements, & Payments” box
3) Click “My Account” and then select “Authorized Users”
