Isley Innovation Hub seeks Manager (Student Employment)
ECU College of Business/Miller School of Entrepreneurship is currently seeking a Manager for the Isley Innovation Hub (IIH). The IIH serves as the central collusion space for students in all majors to collaborate in developing innovative ideas into first generation prototypes. It is located on east campus in the Wright Building.

We need individuals who are great at frontline customer service, are dependable, and highly organized. If you have a great personality, exude leadership qualities, and can pick up new technology fast, then we need you. If you want to build your interpersonal skills, enhance your resume, and have fun at the same time, the IIH is for you.

As a manager of the IIH support team your responsibilities will include:
- Completed training for the Wornom Makerspace
- Leading by example in the Isley technician role
- Being the primary contact for the Asst. managers and IIH staff
- Working with Asst. Managers and staff to create a work schedule
- Meeting with staff members to make sure duties are clear, answer questions, etc.
- Staffing events other programs (may include evening/weekend participation)
- Working with Miller School faculty and staff to ensure a smooth operation of the IIH
- And, of course, other duties and opportunities as may arise during the semester
Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)
Please note: You do not have to have technical experience to apply for these positions. You do have to be a full-time student enrolled in classes during the academic year.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 25 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to work on concrete floors.
