Job Posting: Director of Business and Industry Partnerships
Chowan University is hiring a Director of Business and Industry Partnerships. This position is responsible for developing, growing, and maintaining business relationships for the University in order to gain employer perspectives, job/internship opportunities, mentors, and mutually beneficial relationships with prospective employers.
Duties include:
- Oversee student internship partnerships and placements, career connections, and support the Career and Professional Development department with support services and internship readiness events.
- Serve as a liaison with professors to set up key internship and career opportunities for students.
- Assist with the Career and Professional Development departments’ events, such as Career Fairs and other career-oriented programs.
