Cone Health is seeking highly motivated, forward-thinking individuals with a passion for healthcare to apply for the 2025-2027 Cone Health Administrative Fellowship. As one of the region’s largest and most comprehensive health networks, Cone Health has five hospitals, six ambulatory care centers, three outpatient surgery centers, six urgent care centers, and more than 120 physician practices. The Cone Health Administrative Fellowship is a dynamic, two-year postgraduate experience that provides Fellows with comprehensive exposure to core components of the Cone Health enterprise.
We are also hosting a few informational sessions that we encourage interested students to participate in to gain more information and speak to one of our current fellows.
Application Requirements:
The 2025-2027 Cone Health Administrative Fellowship is open to anyone with a graduate degree including but not limited to MHA, MBA, MPH, and MSHA. All coursework and degrees must be completed by May 2025. Applicants who must complete a fellowship to fulfill a graduation are welcome to apply.

Application materials include the following:
1. Current Resume
2. Official Graduate School Transcript
3. Prompted Personal Statement (see application portal for details)
4. Three (3) Letters of Recommendation: (1) ACADEMIC, (1) PROFESSIONAL, and (1) OTHER (academic, professional, or letter from your program director)
All letters of recommendation should be addressed to the Administrative Fellowship Selection Committee. If your recommender prefers to contact the program directly, please have your recommender email a PDF version of his/her letter to Administrative.Fellowship@conehealth.com with the subject line “Last Name of Applicant, First Name of Applicant: Recommendation Letter for Cone Health Administrative Fellowship”.
Applicants will be notified when applications are received. Only complete and punctual applications will be considered.
