Use Chrome for SabaMeeting

Firefox has dropped support for NPAPI plugins such as SabaMeeting in their latest release (Version 52). Users who upgrade Firefox to the latest version will no longer have the ability to launch SabaMeeting from Firefox. Therefore, the SabaMeeting browser recommendation from ECU ITCS is Chrome.
