Box Office Sales Associate position | ECU School of Dance and Theatre
The School of Theatre and Dance seeks creative and energetic Federal Work Study student for Box Office Sales Associate position. This position is responsible for providing professional customer service, assisting patrons in purchasing tickets to ECU/Loessin Playhouse performances, and processing donations for the Friends of Theatre and Dance.
Additional responsibilities include working performance days in the McGinnis Auditorium box office and assisting Patron Services Manager with front of house operations. This position is perfect for a student who is self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and is seeking experience in customer service. The ability to build relationships with patrons via telephone and in person, as well as relay important performance information to patrons is essential.
Additional experience in social media marketing is a plus, as the school is always looking for new ideas and insight. Student needs to have clear organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and be computer literate. This position is well suited for a student seeking a flexible work schedule who works well with others as well as independently.
