GA Needed for the Graduate School

GRADUATE ASSISTANT NEEDED FOR THE GRADUATE SCHOOL

The Graduate School is seeking a campus-based graduate student to assist with administrative tasks including development of communication, social media, advertisements/flyers, as well as the creation and analysis of surveys in Qualtrics and Excel. The position requires strong skills in Microsoft Office specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. In addition, strong skills in Adobe Acrobat (for PDF development) and Adobe InDesign are preferred. Graphic design experience would be helpful. Experience with WordPress for the development and updates of websites is strongly preferred. The position includes event planning for numerous recruiting events including providing campus tours and organizing other graduate students for recruiting events. The graduate assistant will also assist graduate school leadership with data collection and data management for reports and analyses. The position will be for 20 hours beginning as soon as possible and can continue through December, 2019.
