Grad Expo for May Grads | Tomorrow 10a-4p
ECU Dowdy Student Stores invites all May 2019 graduates to attend the Spring Grad Expo! The expo is held on the lower level of Dowdy Student Stores in the Main Campus Student Center. Thursday, February 21, the expo is open 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. Hourly parking is available in the student center parking garage for $1/hr on a space available basis (this is usually not a concern).
Graduating seniors and masters candidates can pick up their cap and gown and take care of other details for graduation such as ordering custom invitations and announcements, checking out diploma frames and class rings, and designing a custom stole. Representatives from the Alumni Association, Pirate Club, Career Services, ECU Graduate School, Registrar’s Office and Anchors Away, the new ECU graduation magazine, will be on hand with information and special offers.
Souvenir tassels are available for purchase for $5.95. The popular option of a graduation stole can be ordered with custom embroidery, or the general East Carolina University stole can be purchased.
Jostens offers graduation packages, or ala cart options for invitations/announcements, diploma frames, and the ECU official rings!
Diploma frames from University Frames will be on sale for 20% off, both in the store and online at University Frames using code ECUGF20 (Feb. 19-24).
Alumni apparel and gifts will be on sale at 20% off reg. prices, Feb. 19 – 22, in-store only; no other discounts apply..

PLUS, on Tuesday, a Senior Sendoff celebration will be held 11am – 2pm in the Commons area of the student center. This event features activities and refreshments for seniors. The first 500 students can get a free commemorative t-shirt with a voucher picked up at the Grad Expo in Dowdy.

Distance education students or those away on internships who are unable to make it to the Grad Expo can have their cap & gown ordered online and shipped. The online site will be available after February 22.
