Join our 4 week course for students.

The program, consisting of four 75-minute classes, is designed to help students learn mindfulness through the practice of specific skills that calm and focus the mind; and through the practice of meditation.  It is designed to help students who are feeling pressured and stressed, or who are just interested in learning a new skill that can enrich their lives.

 

This workshop is supported by the PASS Clinic in the Psychology Department and the Center for Counseling and Student Development.  It is being offered one more time this spring semester on ECU’s east campus.
