Sexual Assault Prevention Module – Requirement for New Graduate Students
The Graduate School provides a Sexual Assault Prevention Module that is federally
required for all new graduate students who are enrolled in at least 1 campus based credit. We have a new vendor and the software is called myStudentBody
(MSB) and they call the module itself, Sexual Violence. Students are required to
complete it even if they went to ECU as an undergraduate. The students who are
required to do it will have access to a module in the Safety Awareness widget in
PiratePort by August 14th. Only students who are required to complete the module
will have access to the widget. Students must complete the module prior to trying
to register for Spring 2021. We will continue to apply a hold in October that will
prevent future registrations until the module is completed. Please email Kathy Cox with questions & technical issues (coxka@ecu.edu).
