Volunteer Opportunity: YAM JAM
#ARRRGH you ready to sort over 24,000 pounds of sweet potatoes? Join us for this special volunteer event sorting sweet potatoes into family sized portions for the distribution by the Food Bank of Central and Eastern NC. Free food, music, and t-shirts for volunteers! Volunteers will sign up for 1 hour shifts. Yam Jam will take place on Wednesday, March 23rd from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.
(Please note, rain date will be March 24, 2022 10AM-4PM. In the event we have to cancel, we will contact everyone who registers to volunteer with the new link.)
This opportunity will benefit the Food Bank of Central and Eastern NC and is a collaborative event put on by the Center for Leadership and Civic Engagement, ECU Sustainability, College of Business, and Campus Recreation and Wellness
