Do you want to assist a local non-profit agency accomplish its goals?
Are you interested in helping a non-profit improve its technological capacity?
Do you want to analyze quantitative data on an agency’s service population?
Would you like to get hands-on experience conducting focus groups?
Would you like to conduct an actual needs assessment for an organization?
In Spring 2017, the seminar topic is assistance to the Lucille Gorham Intergenerational Center (IGCC) in West Greenville. This is a real-world practicum addressing several topics for the IGCC—creating an electronic database for their paper client files, analysis of survey data, conducting a needs assessment, and the first steps toward preparing grant applications for future operating funds.
Registration is now open for PADM 6150 (CRN: 32755). The class meets Thursday evenings 6:30 – 9:30. This course will count as a quantitative or qualitative elective in the MBA program
