This isn’t just a program, it’s a launchpad. We’ll guide you through every step of the business acquisition process, giving you the tools, confidence, and connections to succeed. From identifying opportunities to financing and managing operations, you’ll learn what it takes to turn your vision into reality.

  • Includes program materials, hotel accommodations, meals, and an ECU baseball tailgate and game on March 20
  • ECU’s Arthur Graduate School of Business is covering the remainder of the program costs for participants.

Kickoff: Face-to-Face Connection

Start strong with two full days on campus. This is where you’ll:

  • Gain a solid foundation in core business principles that will guide your journey.

Virtual Coaching: Personalized Guidance

Your mission continues online with tailored coaching sessions. Our expert coaches rotate through participants, offering:

  • One-on-one guidance aligned with your goals.
  • Insights drawn from their real-world expertise.
  • Support that keeps you moving forward and maximizing your potential.

Program Finale: Presentation & Next Steps

Return to campus for a powerful closing experience. You’ll:

  • Present what you’ve learned and how you’ve grown.
  • Identify challenges and map out your next steps.
