All Day: Arrival flights into Jorge Chávez International Airport (LIM)

Evening: Check-in at Hotel el Polo

Free Time: Rest and recover from travel
Sunday, July 5Welcome & Orientation

Morning: Free time and rest

Afternoon: Lima city tour (3–4 hours), including the Historic Center of Lima and key landmarks and cultural sites

Evening: Welcome dinner at local restaurant Isolina featuring traditional Peruvian cuisine

Included Meals: Breakfast, morning coffee break, lunch, and dinner

Monday, July 6Program Begins

Morning: Classes at Universidad ESAN

Afternoon: Business visit with a Peruvian-owned company, including networking and industry insights

Evening: Free time; dinner on your own

Included Meals: Breakfast, morning coffee break, and lunch

Tuesday, July 7Morning: Classes at Universidad ESAN

Afternoon: Business visit similar to a U.S. Embassy experience

Evening: Pisco workshop and cocktail experience, including learning about Peru’s national spirit and traditional cocktail preparation; dinner on your own

Included Meals: Breakfast, morning coffee break, and lunch

Wednesday, July 8Cultural Immersion

Morning: Classes at Universidad ESAN

Afternoon: Cultural visit featuring downtown Lima exploration, Miraflores district tour, and visits to local markets and artisan shops

Evening: Free time

Included Meals: Breakfast, morning coffee break, and lunch

Thursday, July 9Project Work

Morning: Classes at Universidad ESAN

Afternoon: Free time dedicated to project work, preparation for presentations, or optional individual exploration

6:30 PM: Dinner with ESAN at La Candelaria, including faculty and student networking

Included Meals: Breakfast, morning coffee break, lunch, and dinner

Friday, July 10Closing Celebrations

Morning: Classes at Universidad ESAN, including project presentations and final exams

3:30 PM: International Week closing party celebrating program completion with farewell networking

Included Meals: Breakfast, morning coffee break, and lunch

Saturday, July 11Departure

Morning:
Check out of Hotel el Polo

Various Times: Departure flights to the United States

Included Meals: Breakfast

Important Notes:

  • All participants should arrive in Lima prior to the program start

  • Classes begin promptly on the first instructional morning

  • Business casual attire is recommended for company visits and classes

  • Comfortable walking shoes are suggested for cultural tours
