What you Need to Travel
- New passport valid for at least one year from the expiration date and machinereadable
- Citizenship card or valid public entity document with photo
- No visa required
Finantiation
- Payments with credit and debit cards are subject to a 5% surcharge.
- Credit with Sufi bancolombia.
- Payment in installments before traveling.
Payment Method and Reservation of Places
- Places are reserved by making a deposit into savings account # 035080612-33 at Bancolombia in the name of Viajar de Colombia Ltda. At the foreign exchange rate published that day by International Academic Connexion.
- The balance is paid before the trip, as agreed with the group.
- Send a copy of the deposit to tesoreria1@viajardecolombia.com and register on our IAC platform to formalize your participation.
General Terms and Conditions of this Service Offer
- Rates are subject to change without prior reservation or deposit and are subject to hotel and airline availability.
- All visits must be requested through the Institution with the logistical support of Viajar de Colombia and are subject to confirmation and acceptance by each entity.
- One free tour is granted for every 10 participants who pay for the same services offered, sharing a room.
- If the student withdraws from the Academic Mission between 92 and 62 days before departure, they must pay a penalty of 10% of the total value of the trip.
- If the student withdraws between 61 and 30 days before departure, they must pay a penalty of 40% of the total value of the plan.
- If the student withdraws between 29 and 20 days before departure, they will be charged a penalty of 70% of the total value of the trip.
- If the student withdraws less than 19 days before the start of the academic event, the penalty will be 100%.
- The minimum group size to guarantee operation will be 10 paying students.
- Tickets are non-refundable, non-endorsable, and non-negotiable.
- If students register and the academic event does not take place, USD $35 will be deducted from the initial deposit for administrative expenses.
- To request a refund under the above conditions, an email must be sent to Viajar de Colombia Ltda. explaining the reason for withdrawing from the academic event.
- The letter must include the name and bank account number for the refund and the original deposit slips (the process takes eight business days from the date the letter is received).
- A compliance contract is drawn up by the agency to guarantee the service.
- The credit assessment is subject to approval by the financial institution.
- Hotel accommodation will be in double and triple rooms.
- Students must register on the IAC platform to be included in the seminar.
- We comply with all safety regulations established by the Colombian Civil Aviation Authority.
