COB Peer Mentors

Peer Mentors are current College of Business students who serve as a mentors or role models to first-year business students.  They participate in all College of Business events that are planned for first-year students and hold weekly office hours to meet with students. They provide a student’s perspective and offer valuable insight by sharing their previous experiences.

Peer Mentors assist with recruitment events (e.g. ECU Open House) and other COB events where participants might benefit from a student’s perspective.

Peer Mentors are selected during spring semester to serve during the following academic year. Please contact Ms. Aisha Powell if you have any questions about the program.
