New COB Certificate: Leadership in Organizations
We are excited to offer a new graduate certificate beginning this fall: Leadership in Organizations. This certificate is designed to give students the ability to identify and evaluate the role of ethics, motivation, power, and diversity in leader behaviors. Emphasis is placed on effective teamwork, interpersonal skills and the importance of trust and relationships to help facilitate critical decision making and problem solving. The certificate will provide students with the body of knowledge needed to lead effectively in modern business environments.
This certificate is available online.
Students are required to take any 4 of the following: MGMT6420, MGMT6822, MGMT6832, MGMT6421, PADM6220
Like all COB graduate certificates, new and current MBA students can pursue this certificate in lieu of electives. This program is also available as a stand-alone certificate.
