RCAW Needs Graduate Student Volunteers
RCAW (Research and Creative Awareness Week) needs graduate student volunteers to serve as moderators for oral presentations.
Moderators are needed for oral presentation sessions on March 30 and April 1. Each moderator will run one slide session by loading presentations onto a computer, introducing speakers, and directing the question portion of presentations. Graduate student help is always key to a great event! Each volunteer will attend a single, 30 minute training session prior to the meeting which will fully inform the volunteers. Training sessions are scheduled for 5:00 p.m. Mon, March 23 and Tues, March 24 in room 332, Ward Sports Medicine Building.
