Alumni: Opportunity Assistant General Manager
We are small Raleigh based company with 9 hotels in the area. Our hotels ranges from economy, mid-tier to upper scale hotels.
We have an exciting position, we are looking to hire a motivated, eager, detail oriented candidate.
Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule employee shifts and administer payroll.
- Motivating Staff and implementing marketing strategy.
- Supervise employees and meet customer service standards.
- Know-how/Train assist Front desk, Housekeeping & Maintenance.
Ideal candidates for this role MUST HAVE:
- Over 5 yrs of relevant hotel experience.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Team Player, Self motivated, takes initiative, professional and customer caring.
- Detail oriented and desire to proactively assist colleagues and guests.
Salary Range: $30,500.00 + bonus.
