School of Hospitality Leadership Hosts Successful Career Fair

On Thursday, February 25th, the School of Hospitality Leadership (SHL) hosted a Career Fair where thirty-one companies were represented by fifty recruiters. Students spoke with companies from all sectors of hospitality and tourism that include lodging, food and beverage, resorts, clubs, tourism as well as allied vendors.

Recruiters shared information and interviewed for entry-level positions and internships. Among the recruiters who participated were SHL graduates now working in the industry who include Donald Strickland, Hampton Inn Outer Banks; Brett Morgan and Tyler McDowell, Prime Investment; and Sara Craft, Hilton North Raleigh. COB Graduate Program(s) also hosted a booth and shared information with graduating seniors.
