SHL Represents at the NC Restaurant and Lodging Expo

The School of Hospitality Leadership recently participated in the NCRL Expo, held at the Raleigh Convention Center August 29-30, 2016. The Expo’s theme was “Everything to make your operation run faster, cleaner, better, tastier”.

The Expo featured twenty-three educational sessions, eleven culinary demonstrations and over 100 vendors from all segments of the industry. Product lines included food and beverage, security services, sanitation systems, cleaning supplies, franchise opportunities, and more.  In addition to ECU’s School of Hospitality Leadership, companies such as Sysco, US Foods, Ecolab, Golden Corral, Heartland Payment Systems, all displayed products.

The School’s representatives, Bob O’Halloran and Terrie Hamilton of the SHL faculty, greeted alumni, prospective employers and potential students.
