Island Hospitality Management Recruits SHL Students

Patti (Manning) Riddle, an ECU graduate was on campus September 21 and 22, 2016 to recruit students from the School of Hospitality Leadership (SHL).  Riddle is Director of Sales and a recruiter for two hotel properties in Wilmington, NC — Hilton Garden Inn Mayfaire and the Courtyard Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach.

Both properties are part of Island Hospitality Management (http://islandhospitality.com/) a hotel management company based in West Palm Beach, Florida. The company was founded in 1986 by President and CEO Jeffrey H. Fisher as JF Hotel and today operates over 160 hotels that consist of all major brands across the U.S. in 28 states plus the District of Columbia.
