SHL Graduates Honored with 40 Under 40 Leadership Award
Scott Poag ‘07 and Heather Waters ’07 alumni of the School of Hospitality Leadership were inducted in the Class of 2017 of the 40 Under 40 Leadership Awards.
The awards are part of the Student Affairs Corporate and Leadership Awards program. These alumni, under the age of 40 have excelled after graduating from ECU and are now using their experience to make an impact in their respective professions, local communities and the world.
The 40 Under 40 Leadership Award recognizes 40 former student leaders and emerging professionals that are making an impact on the world and have used their East Carolina experience to pursue their passions, help others and lead positive change in industry, civic service, and beyond.
The third annual Corporate and Leadership Awards banquet hosted by the ECU Division of Student Affairs was held April 22 at the Greenville Hilton.
