SHL Director Participates in Recent AHLEF Scholarship Meeting

The Scholarship Committee of the American Hotel and Lodging Education Foundation (AHLEF) met in New York, New York recently at the InterContinental Hotels Group’s Barclay Hotel to discuss the next round of AHLEF scholarships for the upcoming academic year. The College’s School of Hospitality Leadership is a member school and participates in various AHLEF programs and scholarships. AHLEF expects to award over $1 million in scholarships during the next scholarship cycle. School Director Dr. Bob O’Halloran is a member of the committee representing higher education. O’Halloran also serves on the AHLEF Board of Trustees, who met the following day.
