COB Represents at NCRL Expo

The School of Hospitality Leadership and COB Graduate Programs recently participated in the North Carolina Restaurant and Lodging Expo in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Expo was held at the Charlotte Convention Center, August 27 and 28, 2018.

Bob O’Halloran, professor and director of the School of Hospitality Leadership and Paul Russell, director of Graduate Programs in the College of Business, worked at the booth connecting with current ECU students, alumni, potential new students and potential new recruiters.

More than 200 booths represented all facets of the hospitality industry. In addition to the ECU booth, vendors displayed diverse products including craft distilled spirits, food products of all kinds, food service equipment, wine & beer, linens, coffees, teas, franchise opportunities and more. Numerous food entrepreneurs marketed their signature products, plus larger companies like US Foods and Sysco.  There were also two days of educational programs for attendees.
