SHL's CMAA Chapter Awarded Grant

The School of Hospitality Leadership’s Club Manager Association of America (CMAA) student chapter was awarded a Student Chapter Grant for $1,000 by the Carolinas Club Foundation!

The Carolinas Club Foundation (CCF), a non-profit charitable organization, was established by the Carolinas Chapter of the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA) in 2005 to raise funds to financially support the professional development of club managers through education, training and research initiatives. The purpose of this award is to provide full registration to any student seeking a managerial career in the private club industry and who is attending a Carolinas Affiliated Student Chapter and who would like to attend the CMAA World Conference.

Chapter grants are utilized by the student club to defray the costs of students attending the CMAA World Conference. www.carolinascmaa.org.
