SHL continues international collaboration

Students in Dr. Jenna Lee’s current issues in hospitality management class recently collaborated with Taylor’s University in Malaysia on a Hots Sim simulation project and presented their findings.

The HOTS simulation program places participants in the simulated position of managing a service industry business in a virtual environment that mirrors the real world. The program was developed by Russell Partnership Technology, global technology developers and educators who design, build and deliver hospitality programs for over 200 global clients.
