Schneider wins East Carolina Creed Award
Congratulations to COB accounting professor, Dr. Doug Schneider. He recently was awarded the East Carolina Creed Award for Citizenship. He was honored for engaging in purposeful citizenship by serving as a positive role model as an East Carolinian.
“There are colleagues in the Department of Accounting and the COB who are also contributing to the fulfillment of our mission who do not receive the recognition they deserve,” said Schneider. “I look forward to seeing other faculty receive recognition in the future for their efforts.”
The award ceremony originally was to be held in March of 2020 but was postponed due to COVID-19. The award was presented by ECU’s Dean of Students and ECU ambassadors.
