SHL receives no. 1 ranking

We are proud to share that the School of Hospitality Leadership at ECU has been ranked no.1 in the country for Best Online Hospitality program for 2020 by Learn.org.

Learn.org has been researching and ranking programs and schools since 2003. Their goal has been to help millions of students research potential schools, degrees, and careers. In this recent ranking, they compiled this list considering hundreds of universities across the country and selected the School of Hospitality Leadership – East Carolina University based on academic and career resources, the quality of education, faculty, and more.

Dr. Bob O’Halloran, director of the School of Hospitality Leadership said “SHL and ECU are known for the quality of their online programs, and it is especially gratifying to be recognized by independent sources for our efforts. Especially in the time of the pandemic, we think that the School of Hospitality Leadership can offer a high quality, accessible and flexible hospitality business education working with our industry partners to frame the next era of hospitality business.”
