Study Abroad in 2023 in Milan, Italy - Kaylee Warren
Kaylee Warren is a mathematics and economics major
Today, during our study abroad experiences, we were able to experience the beauties of Como, Italy, a quaint town that overlooks Lake Como. It is surrounded by the Alps, which are huge mountains! Como was a breath of fresh air compared to Milan with many walking paths, outdoor restaurants and families walking around the town. It was a refreshing pace of movement as everyone didn’t seem to be in a rush, whereas in America everyone always seems to rush around and not take a moment for the sights around them. The town was full of colorful villas, as the architecture was very different than normal lake houses in America. I prefer the looks of the villas with all the colors.
