Rhodes named the Arthur School's executive director

Len Rhodes will be the new executive director of graduate programs for the Thomas D. Arthur Graduate School of Business, effective June 5, 2023.

As the executive director, Rhodes will be responsible for the development, sustainability, growth and promotion of the Arthur School’s graduate programs, which include four graduate degrees and numerous certificates. He will be a member of the COB’s management team and ensure that the everyday activities of the Arthur School run smoothly and effectively.

Rhodes will report to Dr. Linda Quick, assistant dean of the Arthur School.

Previous to his new role, Rhodes served as the COB’s director of technology, information and operations (TIO) since 2013. He joined the COB as an instructor in 2000 after receiving his MBA in 1999, served as the assistant dean of graduate programs from 2004-09 and served as the director of institutional research from 2009 – 13.

Jeff Hope will serve as interim director of TIO effective June 5, 2023. He will be responsible for assignments that support the teaching, research, service, planning, and assessment functions of the COB. He also will manage the COB’s operations, information, and technology services efforts and is responsible for providing leadership, direction and support to enhance the classroom-based and distance education curricula of the College undergraduate and graduate business programs. Hope will report to Dr. Lee Grubb, COB’s senior associate dean.
